The MovieMantz Review: “ON THE ROCKS”

When it first came out in 2003, "Lost in Translation" instantly became one of my favorite movies of all time, so the prospect of seeing a reunion 17 years later between director Sofia Coppola and Bill Murray is enough to get me excited about their latest comedy, "On the Rocks!" Does lighting strike twice?
